Problem (in simple words): When local civic facilities — such as parks, community halls, or drainage — are not delivered or maintained, we often do not know which department or officer is responsible. This makes it hard to raise issues and get a proper response.
What we ask: We appeal to the concerned local/Civic Authority to:
- Make public the names and contact details of officers responsible for key civic facilities in each ward/zone.
- Ensure that grievance portals clearly show which department handles which type of issue.
- Publish simple quarterly reports on completion and maintenance of local civic facilities.
We request that this appeal be placed before the appropriate authority for consideration.
