Problem (in simple words): Some issues in our locality keep coming back — for example, waterlogging, garbage dumping, or broken street lights. One-time fixes are not enough. We need long-term solutions that address the cause and are maintained over time.
What we ask: We respectfully represent to the concerned local/State authority:
- To identify the top three recurrent issues in our area (based on grievance data and local feedback) and prepare a long-term plan for each, with budget and timeline.
- To assign clear responsibility for maintenance and monitoring so that the same issue does not recur without accountability.
- To involve citizens in reviewing progress (e.g. through ward committee or gram sabha) at least once a year.
We submit this representation in good faith and request a written response.
