Problem (in simple words): Essential public services in our area — such as water supply, street lights, roads, and sanitation — often go without timely maintenance. When we report issues, we do not get a clear timeline for when work will be done. This affects our daily life and safety.
What we ask: We request the concerned local/State authority to:
- Publish a schedule for routine maintenance of essential services in our area.
- Acknowledge complaints with a reference number and an expected resolution date.
- Update citizens when work is completed or if there is a delay.
We submit this representation in a spirit of cooperation and request a time-bound response.
